How The Misfits Dept began
Founded by Rachel after studying art and design, The Misfits Dept was born from an enduring love for creativity. Rachel dreamed of carving out a welcoming space to bring bold ideas to life, repurpose everyday materials, and invite others to discover the joys of making.
The beauty of upcycling
We love looking at pre-loved garments or forgotten objects and imagining completely new uses for them. By letting imagination run wild, every upcycled piece and handmade clothing item in our shop becomes a one-of-a-kind alternative treasure made with passion.
